Payment policy:

One and Two-day Street & off-road Group Courses:

Full payment is required to secure your spot. Please pay through PayPal from the specific course product page.

Individual Training Days:

Full payment is required to secure your spot. Contact Ken to schedule a date and get you PayPal info.

Parking Lot Courses:

Payment is due when registering for the class. Please pay through PayPal from the specific course product page.

Cancellation policy:

Remember that we ride rain or shine!

However, if weather conditions appear to be extraordinarily cold and wet, then I may choose to reschedule. No cancellation fee if you cannot join us on the rescheduled date.

Two-day Street and Dual Sport Group Courses:

No cancellation fee will be assessed if cancelled more than 30 days before the event. Minus $10.00 PayPal fee.

A cancellation fee of $25.00 will be assessed for cancellations more than 21 days.

A cancellation fee of $75.00 will be assessed for cancellations closer than 21 days.

A cancellation fee of $125.00 will be assessed for cancellations closer than 7 days.

I will refund the remaining fee via PayPal as soon as I receive the cancellation request.

Specific situations may alter this policy.

Individual Private Training:

No cancellation fee will be assessed if cancelled more than 30 days before the event. Minus $10.00 PayPal fee.

A cancellation fee of $25.00 will be assessed for cancellations closer than 21 days. I will refund the remaining fee via PayPal as soon as I receive the cancellation request.

A cancellation fee of $75.00 will be assessed for cancellations closer than 7 days.

Parking Lot Courses:

A cancellation fee of $25.00 will be assessed for cancellations from 30 days to 14 days before the event.

A cancellation fee of $75.00 will be assessed for cancellations closer than 14 days.

A cancellation fee of $100.00 will be assessed for cancellations from 3- 7 days before the event.

There is No REFUND for cancellations within 48 hours of the event.

Other policies

Inclement Weather:

We run rain or shine! In the event of inclement weather, which is defined by very heavy rain, significantly cold temperatures or dangerous storms, I may request that we reschedule. Light rain does not constitute inclement weather.

If rescheduling is not possible for some reason we will cancel the training day. This will not incur a fee.

Participants:

All participants must possess a current and valid driver’s license with a motorcycle endorsement. Riders must have a minimum of one (1) full season of riding experience and at least 2,000 miles or more of recent on-street riding time.

Riders are encouraged to adopt the practice of “ATGATT” (all the gear, all the time) with motorcycle-specific riding gear. Minimally, participants are required to wear a DOT-approved helmet, eye protection, sturdy full-length pants, jacket and over-the-ankle boots.

You MUST have medical insurance that covers you when riding your motorcycle.

Motorcycles:

Participants are required to supply their own motorcycle for use during the course.

Motorcycles must have current registration, be in good operating order, have tires with at least half tread. Excessively loud exhaust systems do not typically work well during our courses because they can interfere with one or more participant’s ability to hear radio commentary. Most aftermarket exhaust systems that add “character” are fine. If you have any concern about your bike’s exhaust system and suitability to our program, please contact us to discuss.

You MUST have current and valid motorcycle insurance.

Non-Sportbike Track Training Days

We understand things sometimes come up that are beyond your control that may prevent you from attending your track day.  Depending when you notify us, we will do our best to help you out.
However, it’s important to understand that there are only a certain number of spots we sell to each track day. We have a formula using the cost of the track and how many riders can safely fit on the track at one time – and then decide how many spots to sell. When you buy a spot, then that spot is yours for the day.  (Similar to reserving a plane ticket)

Rider Cancellation Policy

cancel at least 30 days before the event:

We will provide a full refund Minus $10.00 PayPal fee.

cancel from 29 to 14 days before the event:

NO REFUNDS or CREDIT closer that 14 days before the event.

Your options:

  1. If there is a waiting list, we will try to fill your spot and you will get a refund, minus a $10.00 PayPal fee.
  2. You can attempt a private sale of your spot. The New England Riders Facebook Group is a great place to try and sell your spot. Contact Ken if you are transferring your spot to someone else (We need their name and email)

If you, nor I, are unable to fill your spot, there will be no credit. Sorry.


We run RAIN or SHINE!

You learn A LOT riding in the rain!

Sure, we all wish for a warm, dry day, but there is a ton to learn during a wet track day.  The actual riding techniques do not change – everything is simply done at a lower speed. Bring rain gear.

The track charges us whether it is raining or not. So, we do not give refunds because of rain.
